I've paid my annual membership fee! What step do I take to get my lunch discount and other benefits?
Once you purchase your annual membership, please go to https://members.basisscottsdaleboosters.org to create a new Boosters Manager Account or update your existing Boosters Manager Account. You will need to follow the online instructions to set up your account. Once completed, a member of our team will verify your account and your membership benefits will be active.
Returning Members:
I am a returning Boosters member wanting to renew my membership. I have paid the annual fee. What do I do next? Follow these steps so we can Verify your account for the new school year: 1. Go to https://members.basisscottsdaleboosters.org 2. Click on "Log In to an existing account" and enter your email & password and click the "Log In" button. 3. Click on "Your Account" 4. Click on "Your Account Checklist" 5. Click on "Register your Membership Payment" 6. Enter the email address that you used during the payment process in the box below the heading called "Email Provided During Payment Process" 7. Click the "Submit" button 9. Next, please make sure you click on the “Your Family” tab to update the grade/element, lunch period, and lunch location for your student(s). 10. Once you have updated Your Booster Manager Account a Boosters Volunteer will Verify your account. Account Verification can take up to 5 days. You will know your account was verified and the process is complete when you go to the Boosters Manager, click on "Your Account", and the “Register your Membership Payment” step will appear green and show a ‘done’ check mark. This indicates you will have the lunch discount applied to your orders. 11. If it has been more than 5 days since you completed Your Account Checklist in Your Boosters Manager Account, please email [email protected] and we will work with you to get your account verified. New Members:
I am a new BASIS Scottsdale Boosters member, who paid my annual membership fee. What do I do next? Follow these steps: 1. Go to https://members.basisscottsdaleboosters.org 2. Click on "Register a New Account" 3. Follow the online instructions for creating an account, including inputting optional information for the on-line student directory, volunteer list or carpool interests. 4. Once you have completed "Your Account Checklist" you will want to come back to the Booster Manager to see that your account was "verified." You will know your account was verified and the process is complete when you go to the Boosters Manager, click on "Your Account", and the “Register your Membership Payment” step will appear green and show a ‘done’ check mark. This indicates you will have the lunch discount applied to your orders. 5.
