If you plan to bring a guest that is not a BASIS Scottsdale student, please complete the Non-BASIS Student Permission Form and return the completed form to Mr. Navarro by 4:00 P.M. on Friday, Dec. 5, 2025. If the form is not received, your guest will not be allowed into the dance.
