 The Fall Carnival is the largest school-wide event of the year hosted by the Basis Scottsdale Boosters organization.

Our primary goal is to provide a fun, low-cost, all-school event that engages students, families and teachers. Our students and teachers work hard and we want them to play hard too!

This year, the carnival will include games, huge inflatables, music and a DJ, snacks and drinks and a Tri-Teacher Tournament where students and teachers can race to the finish line to win the coveted Tri-Teacher Cup. Check out the options below to sponsor this amazing event!

Want to share your product and get it out in front of our families? Or want to donate at an even more affordable level than a sponsor?

Consider donating a raffle prize!

Your gifts will be raffled off for winners of the carnival games. What a fun way to create a great atmosphere for the carnival!!

Donations should be age appropriate for 4-12 graders. Ideas include but are not limited to movie tickets, small electronics, arts/crafts, mini-golf, books, and more!

The Fall Carnival is a schoolwide event hosted by the Basis Scottsdale Boosters organization.

Our primary goal is to provide a fun, low-cost, all-school event that engages students, families and teachers. Our students and teachers work hard! And we want them to play hard too!

Sponsorships will go to fund the carnival to keep costs minimal. Any additional funds go into the Boosters General Fund which goes to support our classrooms.

This year, the carnival will include inflatables, food trucks and a variety of carnival games. Winners will have the chance to earn fun raffle prizes too!

We are excited to announce that McCormick-Stillman Railroad park will be the location of our carnival this year.
We are looking for sponsors who want to grow their business and advertise with our 880 families! Interested?
We have 3 levels of sponsorship:

Carnival Title Sponsor $1000
  • Business Name on all Fall Carnival signage.
  • Signage at the entrance to the event.
  • A full ad in a special Fall Carnival e-blast and on website.
  • Option to hand out information/prizes at the Carnival.
  • Up to 5 weeks of advertising in the Boosters newsletter.

Carnival Inflatable Sponsor $500
  • A full ad in a special Fall Carnival e-blast and on website.
  • Up to 5 weeks advertising in the Boosters newsletter.
  • A-Frame sandwich board sign with your company information by the inflatable.
  • Choose your inflatable from: Laser Tag Maze, Rock Wall, Joust, Hi Striker, Chip Shot Golf Game, Sports Carnival, 2 minute Football Drill.

Carnival Game Sponsor $100
  • As many as 5 weeks of advertising in the Basis Scottsdale Boosters newsletter.
  • Posterboard sign with your company information by the game.
  • Choose your game from: Bowling, Penny Pitch, Lollipop Tree, Goldfish Bowls, Prize Walk, Mini Golf, Rope Ladder Toss, Cardinals Beanbag Toss, Minute to Win it Games.
