IVP Fingerprint Card

BASIS Scottsdale requires any parent volunteering on campus or offsite (field trips) to obtain an “Identity Verified Print” (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card.

• Fingerprinting can be done at ​https://www.azdps.gov/services/public/fingerprint. for the IVP card. Cost varies
